The Development of Sison is agreed towards Agricultural Industrial, Agricultural and Eco-Tourism aspects that are sustainable in nature. Improvement and enhancement of the delivery of basic services is our concern. Increase tax collection through massive information drive, which in return could serve the constituents through government services. On agriculture, various proposed programs, projects and activities are being considered in consonance with the food security program of President Joseph E. Estrada. Agricultural production is being enhanced to ensure sufficiency. On Agrarian development, the municipality of Sison is one of the Agrarian Reform Communities (ARC), particularly San Isidro and Lower Patag, which is aims to uplift the economic status of the farmers. Eco-tourism projects are identified for income-generating activities and tourism development of the area, with environmental protection safety nets policies. It also proposed to increase commercial areas for terminal, market, slaughterhouse and other commercial centers as income generating projects. Residential area is also increased to give emphasis on the growing population of the municipality, as it is been recommended that Sison will become a minor urban center of the province. |
